Is it too much to ask for Norfolk to be a no go County? We are one of the lowest areas in England so could we not keep our county safe. Our chief worry is, naturally enough, students coming in to the UEA. Before their arrival we were very low. Why do we all have to isolate when, if they did, we could retain our low status.

One of our Local Councillers Has prompted The County Councillers to apply for an upgrade (or is it Downgrade) for a more restricted standard of Covid status for the County. i.e., A greater standard of restriction as that Nice Mr Boris has prescribed. There is one Borogh (Sothend onm Sea - Sometimes the Highest state of infection) - to be excluded from the proposed County Restrictions... Don't know about Norfolk (it is very flat - is that relevant).
Greetings, villagers, from cool and bright Oxfordshire.
For once I was up in time for the Zoom coffee morning. There were only three of us this morning, JB, JA, and then I joined later.
OH has been for his walk.
I had a dizzy spell a couple of evenings ago and thought it was just that I'd got up from my chair too quickly. However, last night I felt dizzy again, and when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night ended up by the window and had to grope my way along to the en suite door. Very weird. This morning I feel the same. I have just finished a course of antibiotics for sinus and dental problems, but the night before last felt a gland had become uncomfortable just under my right tonsil. This has happened several times in the past five or six months. It comes up, aches for a few days, and then improves. I'm wondering if it's affected my ear and therefore my balance, though there's no sign of an ear infection. The chances of seeing a doctor are slim to none at the moment, so I've started doing exercises for vertigo that JA (retired nurse) has suggested.
Aqua tonight. At least I can keep my balance in the pool!
Chicken report: Lottie and Dottie have laid eggs.
