Just heard Steve Rudd passed away. On the Mustardland Facebook site. I believe he may have used the name Slightly Foxed. I feel I must have known him from my days on the BBC Boards

Yes, I heard this and cried. We never met but "spoke" online for years. So sad.

You would Certainly have encountered him in Peets, BBC, and Facebook. ... And may have heard him on Radio - He acqired publishing rights of The Kings England, Childrens Newspaper, and Childrens Encyclopedia (Not Certain of The Eagle).
He did a weekly (or Monthly) Bible script on whichever of those computer texts were available.
Do you remember Him writing of Brenda .... The Hedgehog that snaffled food from his Cats bowls in the Garden.
He wrote a few books, but was also a Publisher.
